The Royal Government of Cambodia, through the Ministry of Interior, is implementing the Livelihood Enhancement and Association of the Poor (LEAP) Project for five years from 2017 to 2022. The total estimated cost is US$22.17 million, US$2.00 million from the Government support in the form of counterpart financing, and the World Bank provides an IDA credit equivalent to US$20.17. The Project intends to help poor and vulnerable families in the Siem Reap Province and Phnom Penh Capital by increasing income, building skills, and constructing small-scale community infrastructure.
